Richard is versatile, pragmatic and accomplished executive leader, with 20+ years of international experience, working across a range of industries. Richard has been with Barrick Gold Corporation for 2.5 years as the Head of HR - Asia Pacific. During that time, Richard has developed and lead the HR Strategy for Reko Diq, which has a significant focus on developing a future ready workforce by engaging with local communities to develop skills and capabilities required by the Project in future years.
