Jon Hannah is a partner in Sullivan & Cromwell’s London office specialising in project development and finance. He has particular experience advising sponsors and borrowers on complex multi-sourced project financings of mining and other natural resource projects, often in emerging markets. His work often involves leading teams advising on complicated transactions with tight time frames and significant political sensitivity. He also has experience on a broad range of other financing and corporate transactions, including joint venture arrangements. Jonathon is admitted as a Solicitor in England and Wales and Hong Kong, he also holds the Global Association of Risk Professionals (GARP) Sustainability and Climate Risk Certification.
